Holiday in Hotel Isolation

When we flew to Darwin early March I could not have imagined what the next few weeks would bring.

I was excited about showing my partner the Northern Territory, but instead he was sent to hospital after testing positive for COVID-19, and I spent 2 weeks in hotel room isolation, where I was very grateful for my balcony as the sunsets were remarkable!

Thankfully, we both ended up safely back home a few weeks later just before all the interstate borders shut, but the holiday to Darwin definitely needs to be rescheduled!
